Alessandro Belloni is a naturalist, animal rights activist, wildlife and conservation photographer and videomaker.
He was born in Rome, Italy, in 1992. Alessandro has always been passionate about nature since a young age. He started photography in 2002, and in 2010, he started taking animal rights and conservation seriously. Due to his empathy for animals and the concern for the planet's nature and wildlife, he went vegan and focused on raising people's awareness.
In 2015, Alessandro decided to focus his photography on animals, hoping to raise concerns and awareness to protect and preserve wildlife. Nowadays, worldwide wildlife is endangered by many inhuman practises such as poaching, but the leading cause of wildlife extinction is habitat loss, mainly caused by agriculture and farming.
In the same year, He decided to start travelling to document wildlife and their habitats.
Over the years, Alessandro has been active in wildlife conservation and donated many of his photos to many organization involved in wildlife conservation.
